Tyler Hart

Director of Events

Tyler has been with Lax Bash for 6 years and is one of our Key Directors. His favorite part of working with Lax Bash is the community we are able to create within each of event and being able to see kids make the same memories he cherishes from his years of playing lacrosse. "I'm extremely blessed to be able to still be so involved with the game that has given me so much. Being able to make a living doing what I love is something I will never take for granted".
One of my favorite aspects of working for Lax Bash is being able to cultivate an event from scratch and build it into a memory made for so many people.
Tyler started playing lacrosse in middle school for the Clarkston community team, he immediately fell in love with the game. He was able to play for many teams and clubs but ultimately graduated from Brighton High School. Tyler went on to play in college for Lourdes University and the University of Detroit Mercy. He also is an Assistant Coach at the University of Detroit Mercy and has three younger brothers who all play in college, two at UDM and one at Davenport University.

Michael Kaminskas

Co-Founder Lax Bash

Mike started Lax Bash over a phone call with a couple local teams looking for an opportunity to play in the Fall.  His first ever event, The Boo Bash has grown into one of the largest events in the Midwest annually providing opportunities for over 180 teams and thousands and thousands of friends, families and fans.

Mike has been involved in lacrosse since the mid 80's!  From crossing the Detroit/Windsor border every Sunday morning to play Box with the Windsor Warlocks, to becoming a standout field player in high school, Mike has accomplished quite a bit as a player.  As a coach, Mike spent many years as the Offensive Co-Ordinator for Clarkston Boys Lacrosse where he developed a number of All-American and All-State Players. Michael then moved to the girls game where he founded the Lady Irish youth team to feed local high school teams in Oakland County Michigan with players.  In addition to that Mike is in his third year as the head coach of Notre Dame Girls Lacrosse.

In 2022 Mike founded The STORM Lacrosse girls travel team, quickly becoming one of the largest and strongest clubs in Michigan it is seen as the go-to program for player development and recruiting opportunities.
