Lax Bash is looking for up to 3 summer interns to work in event production.

Applicants would need to be available Mid May-July (some flexibility on dates). Hours will vary depending on location and size of events. Weekend attendance is a must. This is a part time internship, paid by stipend. If needed for college credit we are able to assist.

Summer 2025 Event Production Internship

The Event Production internship is a hands-on position, with the primary responsibility of providing production support to Lax Bash events. You will be with projects from initiation to completion.  Intern will be exposed to management, marketing, production and more.

Job Duties:

• Customer engagement, potential sales calls and follow up.
• Event game scheduling
• Event vendor Co-ordination
• Event labor and staff Co-ordination
• On site event set up and tear down
• Event management
• Regular meetings with marketing, sales and production determine strategy on each event and path forward.
• Assist and sometime lead email campaigns.

Work environment:

You will need to be able to stand, kneel, or bend for an extended period.  Live events will require being able to walk a minimum of 2 miles a day in all-weather types. Lift up to 50 pounds. You will use standard office equipment, including cameras, phones, copiers, etc.

Hours:

Hours will vary, event attendance is a must.

This is internship is paid via stipend.  Dates are tentative May-July
